Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unused, and unwashed condition, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns on items that are damaged due to misuse, washing, or are otherwise not in their original state.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

You will need your order number and the email address used to place the order. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or any address not provided through our official Returns Center.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. To process an exchange, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item on our website at https://www.reimaginedgifts.com. This is the fastest way to secure the new item while your return is being processed.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received a discounted or promotional item, the amount refunded will be for the price you paid.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packing your orders, but sometimes mistakes happen. Return Shipping

Sale Items & Gifts

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
